Ben the Negotiator is the one hundred and fourth episode of Ben 10: Universal Road Trip.
Plot:[]
Ben finds it hard when his dad has him sent in as a Negotiator to the Planet that where the statue was knocked down, and the army that was at war was now purple, and they hate him for destroying the statue and Probity hates him for making her work double time, but Ben has to find a way to negotiate fast for the fourth Gem of Infinity from Probity before King Neron attacks them.

- Ben tries out negotiating under the mentorship of his father and Commander Reel, and tries to make up to Probity for the accident the Robot caused, in order to make her see the truth.
- Probity has the fourth Gem of Infinity (the purple one) from the treasure chest Kevin and Argit left and has the ability to Sense truth, only to lose it to King Neron.
- The fourth Gem of Infinity has the ability to sense a lie.
- Ben negotiates a deal with Probity for a new home and no work overtime in exchange for the Gem.
